I'm glad Petroglyph actually got it right this time and added voices from the get-go! And like you said, the voices in 9-Bit are much better overall.
On that note yeah I'll wait to buy this, I don't want to buy a bunch of expansions I'd rather wait and see what the 'final product' looks like
Any other notable improvements other than "more stuff"? Is the game more polished? Do controls/movement feel any different (better or worse) in any way?
Have only played a few missions but I'd say the mission design is better. There is still an emphasis on doing secondary objectives but I find the objectives more interesting than 8-bit which I felt were just Skirmishes with side challenges.
Still, they're not quite as deep as what you'd find in C&C or craft games.
