Steering Wheel (Logitech G29)????

It shows my exact racing wheel and everything, yet when I jump in, the wheel doesn't work. No buttons, etc and its clear the wheel is ready to go. Tried every Logitech setting for the hell of it but it literally has the G29 setting. No way to calibrate controls, dead zones, etc. I figured getting the steering right would take time but clearly I was ahead of myself and cant get anything to work at all. Really don't want to use a controller on a racing game..... Anyone else running Logitech have any luck??

I have the 920 and it does not work. May posts are on here stating that most wheels do not work. Complete garbage.

Try using it as the driving force gt it worked for me

Thrustmaster TMX not working for me. It shows it but when i get into race it just shows controller even though i select wheel at the home screen

Nope. Tried every Logitech one, and tried a handful of others. Nothing. No responses. Wheel is tight, ready to go, and it's like it doesnt exist to the game. Absolutely absurb. How can I experience any of the other bugs if I can't even drive?! What a way to spend $90.

Hey, the Day 1 patch for Xbox and PS says they fixed the logitech issue, just need that day 1 patch to roll out here and hopefully you will be good. My TMX has the throttle mapped to the clutch with zero ways to change the mapping, so it is unplayable for me ATM.
When you go to the patch notes for xbox and PS, get ready, you will be reading for a while, haha!

I'll be looking forward to it! Yeah seeing no way of remapping in general was definitely a concern of mine until finding out it didnt even matter yet since the wheel doesnt work xD

Says it added support for Logitech on Day 1 patch notes, however, still same issue. Guess I'm waiting on the second wave now.

The Day 1 patch has not been made available for Steam yet. Not sure if Day 1 means it will be the 28th or if it will be today/tomorrow. My guess is it is waiting on Steam to load it in or whatever they need to do on their side

Yeah its weird. Says I have the same build number as the patch number so I assumed it came down.

Oh, I did not even realize that. You may be right and it is there, but I really hope that it is not there because that means a longer wait on some of these issues! Sheesh!!!!!!

worked for me too

Fanatec CSL Elite wheel and pedals and this worked for me. Force Feedback still sucks though.
