Memorial Tower Quest Broke

I killed Jakub before speaking to him. Then later when I wanted to give in the quest at the commander, it assumed the Jakub was still alive. I didn't get the blackmail either, because i got locked out of the computer, which I'm assuming it was on. So I couldn't finish the mission.

I guess you mean partizan commander, not PSR one. If you killed Jakub, PSR commander in bar should probaly have option to finish quest.

It is the PSR commander. I didn't try the Partizan one because he wanted him alive.

Here are the dialogue with the Polish Commanders, after killing Jakub:
Welcome back, girl.
> I've found blackmail on Jakub.
Well, give it here.

Come back when you get it, or deal with him some other way.

I first talked to him, but died so I reloaded and just shot him the second time @29:12.

Look like softlock tbh. I`d say, try restarting a game, and try load and speak with commander again, cuz sometimes save - load break stuff. But probably you have to play stage all over again, sadly. Also you can try speaking with bartender, after talking partizan commander quest. As i recall it, he also have some options, maybe this can solve it other way around.

Thanks for the feedback. But seeing that this is my second time encountering a major issue like this, I'll be waiting for the game's full release before I give it another go.

If you don't want to reload the save, there are at least 2 other ways to deal with Jakob that don't involve his death. Speak with the barman if you haven't already, and I also encourage you to thoroughly explore the rooftops, especially the long open balcony on the building across the skybridge from Jakob's penthouse.

Right, the Bartender says he'll give you info for money. I'll try that next time. I did go pretty deep into that rooftop section outside the office room filled with TVs, makes me wonder what I missed there.
