Ritual Mask?

Any idea what it does? You can equip it like an augmentation and it adds a black and white filter to your screen but I haven't been able to "see" anything unique with it. I doubt the feature was implemented without any secrets to uncover so wondering if anyone had any information

it seems to only be a nod to the game "world of horror". curiously, having it equipped while hacking changes the screen effect slightly.

where do you aquire it? I have heared about the cultist mask, but never managed to find it regardless of where i look for it.
