SPOILER: Secret out of bounds area.

There's a unique area you can get to when you do some tricky platforming on top of the walkway connecting to the tramline that takes you to the area with the data chip.

If you just want to know how to get there, stop the video at 2:50 to avoid spoilers entirely.

During my first run to the area i die after some dialogue, if you want to experience this dialogue for yourself and just want to see what you can do at this part of the map, skip to the 10 minute mark.

I recommend interacting with the computer in the area, it's really strange and spouts a bunch of nonsense.

Appears to be an unfinished part of the map, interesting to see if this becomes more developed in the full release or afterwards, or if it gets scrapped entirely.

Side-Note: before anyone asks, the brightness is set at 100, otherwise it would be pretty hard to navigate, lol.

[EDIT 2: You can actually access the more interesting part of this area by climbing the lowest cable at 2:45, but you'll be missing the earlier out of bounds areas, just discovered this, would have found this much earlier but i didn't realize you could climb the cable.

To access from core map, go to the first long staircase, exit the entrance where you can find a graffitti of a blue nude lady on the wall, finding the cable from there is easy, you just need to jump to it and climb it, then run across]

The computer face can also be interacted with on the top floor of the broadcast station, if you take a ladder up to the scaffolding, good find though, will need to check out that area

There is a much easier way to get there - ironically as I was trying to sequence break a way up TO the radio tower.

Reach the array of pipes leading down to the alternative entrance to the sewer river (from the bottom of the iron lung apartment's building), then activate your ability augment to jump from the highest of them to the lowest one on the other side of the river. Try to grab the pipe rim to avoid taking fall damage - it's generous.

Unfortunately, climbing up to where you went down is rendered impossible by the broken floors being too high to ledge grab to. Also unfortunately, there's nothing in the area when there totally should be - especially given the movement abilities, it's relatively easy to get there (and to the tank) right now. Mission 1 definitely needs more meat and potatoes, and less... infinitely stretching concrete pipes and roads. The arched walkways were perhaps the biggest disappointment of this area by far, sure looked like something was there.

@SaucySanders I actually found a much easier way if you read my second edit, haven't tried your way (will try it later), but it really goes to show how many ways you can get to a single area.

Also i agree, about there being a lack of content in the map right now, but it's only a demo, i'm sure things will be more polished during/after release, the first demo felt a lot more polished than this though.

and yeah the only way to get inside the broken buildings as far as i've tried is to do the insane jump i did at the beginning of the video, which takes a bit of practice to get right, there's really nothing there though, i don't really recommend going there unless you're interested in seeing how the level is set up.
