Starting in Safe Mode and Normal Mode can't see each others saves?
see title;

I'm playing Safe Mode right now, just to try out. (Your bugfixes mentioned that some people had overheat problems in normal mode).

Edit: If you do make changes to the "Savegame" Menu, can we please have a new Folder for every new game? Or an option to sort for timestamps or names, so we can work around having all saves mixed up?

Safe mode use (might use, depending on version, etc) a different saves location. You can just copy those manually.

Possible saves locations:
* "C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Stellar Monarch 2\save\"
* STEAM FOLDER > find the game then look for "save" folder (there is a Steam option for "browse files" which is a more convenient way to find this)

BTW, you can also go to Load/Save and hover mouse over "Where my savefiles are located?" which will show the current location of those.

You should play in safe mode ONLY if you experience problems, otherwise play the regular game (it has overheat protections as well, just less severe).

you have normal file control functions ... just start explorer etc

seriously, this was a big complaint for another game and people were utterly stunned when I said ... just switch out of the game, fix your filing issue then switch back (that game's default was autosave every even # turn)

I know. I used it to delete a whole run. Still I like it when you can do that from within games like in "Colony Ship" or "Baldurs Gate 3" with a single button / checkmark.

A developer of this app has indicated that this post answers the original topic.
