Either way, it would be more likely if not all better for it to be a spin-off instead of another actual Trine game
I meant spin off that's why I said "A new Trine game", not "Trine 6". You're right obviously
I hope Frozenbyte will make another game in the fantasy universe. It doesn't have to be a new Trine... they made a game similar to Magicka so maybe they will make a hack'n slash similar to Diablo, or maybe turn based strategy game with open world just like King's Bounty: The Legend.
As someone whose other favorite series is Orcs Must Die, I've learned 'firsthand' that a spin-off that goes against the normal formula not only risks failure, but could possibly bankrupt your favorite indie publisher as well.
(For those fellow fans of the series, I know there's a lot more to the story as well, but I tried to cut to the point here lol)
Maybe You're right, maybe it was a bad idea. Trine 3 was an experiment and it almost destroyed Frozenbyte. I love Frozenbyte and I don't want they bankrupt
