Wild west : saloon (spoiler) wrong traduction ?

Hi ! I'm playing in French. On a clue to solve the clock problem, it says in the dairy that the pianist have to shave the beard 3 times, but on the paper there's only the mustache that is shaved 3 times, and when I hit the clue button it shows that mustache is the right term, not beard. Is that a traduction fail ?

these are actually 2 separate puzzles that unock 2 things:
1st puzzle: barber's schedule + wall clock
2nd puzzle: babrber's diary + metronome

I took a quick look at the French version and it seems ok and equivalent to English. If you think otherwise, please let us know.
