Thank you for the detailed report, and we're sorry to hear this impacted your experience.
Yeah, we're aware of this issue. A level restart has been found to temporarily resolve this, though we’re actively investigating the root cause to implement a more permanent fix.
Thank you for your patience.
I also encountered this issue and was wandering for a half an hour around thinking what I was doing wrong. Without walk-through - officially unsolvable due to this issue. Had to lookup online.
Don't trust math in game engine in this case. Use pre-determined path. Slight hiccup in CPU or something and your pattern is off.
Also drones insides were detached and glitching in the air when it was flying.
UPDATE: so it seems that if you put the crystals correctly you manage to pass regardless of incorrect patterns drawn. Furthermore, the order you start the rotation will trigger the bug: e.g. if you start with the right lever (blue) it will affect the pattern for middle and left. So basically I am able to reproduce the bug more or less consistently.
Most interesting. Thanks for doing this. Gonna forward that to our QA team.
Btw happy Holidays! 🎄
Can you please add a "skip this if bugged" button?
Thank you for your patience.
Is there any way to pass this? I am stuck in the level because of this bug. This basically ruins the whole experience.
you mentioned you are able to reproduce this bug more or less consistently. Could you please write the reproducing steps in more detail?
- Are you able to reproduce it in singleplayer?
- After putting away the fire do you go directly to this puzzle?
- In what order do you put in the crystals?
- Where do you put them (inner or outer circle of the cogwheel)?
- Do you pull the handle after each crystal you insert or all 3 handles at the end?
Any extra info would be helpful and appreciated.
