Not All Tokens Discoverable
My GF and I enjoy finding the tokens as much as escaping the rooms. However, some of the tokens are just not discoverable. I'm especially looking at Egypt - First Chamber where a number on the cover of one of the books has to be entered into a puzzle that's already been solved and one of the *metal* coins has to be dissolved in water. The other tokens were fine, but those two don't make sense. I don't know if this level is one of the early ones and the devs got better later, but I hope there aren't more of these. On Treasure Island where one was buried in the sand at least it was displayed on the map. That's difficult, but still discoverable. Devs, please consider fixing any tokens that would require activities like throwing every prop in the room into water or revisiting already solved puzzles in order to find them. Thank you.

Thrilled to hear you're enjoying the token hunt in ES as much as the escapes! The tokens are meant to sprinkle a little extra fun throughout the game and are fully optional. The one hiding in the water bottle is actually not metallic — it's crafted from plastic with a dash of metallic paint, a creative decision inspired by our budget-friendly approach to game development. A simple pour of water should help reveal its hiding spot.
As for the token concealed behind the puzzle, that's an ingenious legacy left by ancient Egyptian puzzlers, not something our team placed. It adds an unexpected twist to the adventure.

Thanks for your enthusiasm for ES and the token quest. Good luck in finding them all!

We didn't have a problem with the one in the bottle. That one is entirely discoverable. We had an issue with the one that is apparently hidden in a coin and needed to be dropped into water to be revealed.

Though your reply was cute and in character, it honestly feels rather dismissive of our feedback. And that leaves us feeling sad.

Though we feel dismissed, we do still thank you for making a fun core game and will continue playing it. Please consider our feedback. At least for DLC tokens. Thank you.

One of my tokens in The Lab is not there. I have 7/8, I looked on YouTube, and it's On the back of one of the vents you burn off, but mine isn't there. Glitch?

I can't find the last token in the underground lab. The video shows that he is at the exit door, but he is not there.

This one has been moved in a patch, it was originally on the lowest hinge of the Life Capsule door (the exit) and most walkthrough show this old location. It is now located on the inside of the life capsule door, behind the lower keyhole.

Hi all - I just started the game and have done the tutorial and the Egyptian rooms.
I did not get all the tokens.
Question: Can I go back to each room just to find the missing tokens or would I have to do that room all over again?

You have to do the room again for some of them, not all of them. Depends where the token is exactly and if it is locked behind a puzzle.

Thank you very much for your quick response.
It shouldn't take too long to redo a room.
I appreciate the response. :)

Hi all,

in general you can look for tokens while you are solving puzzles or you can look for them at the end when you finish the level and click "Stay". In addition to that you can also look for them some other day and you can return to an already finished room and just look for tokens. You can do so by selecting the Continue tab (where saved games are located) and choosing the right level.

You don't need to solve puzzles again to find tokens.

Thank you very kindly, Mateja!
That really helps to know that I can go back any time to look for tokens.
I appreciate the information and the response! Really enjoying this game!
