The room ends up being incredibly frustrating and it doesn't make the game enjoyable.
I don't expect user creations to be bug-free, but if you reference to a hint and walkthrough section being available and then delete all of that, you are giving us no options... That's not okay!
"We see you have a problem with our platform that we have responsibility over, but just go join a discord without any guarantee it will be solved there!"
I'd rather see you say, as my prior post indicated, that you will take your responsibility and gently figure out what happened to this puzzle creator and make sure there is either a solution or the puzzle gets removed to stop people having a frustrating time.
It doesn't have to be so harsh.
"I am sure that there is a reasonable explanation" is corpo-talk for "we make assumptions and side with puzzle creators and you should solve your own problems", just reaffirming the idea that you make a problem bigger than it is, take no responsibility on that which you do and leave customers frustrated.
Please just take the feedback to heart because I don't think you meant any of what you said in the way you said it. I think you just didn't oversee how it will be read.
If you don't use Discord, we can ask MelonVerse to check this thread, so you can get a reply here :-)
Just please, consider the feedback given.
That's precisely the reason we always suggest contacting the author on our Discord, primarily because it's faster :-)
Our community is supportive, and even if you're unable to connect with the author directly on Discord, there's a good chance that someone else from our community can step in to help you out :-)
