There are a few community made puzzles in the workshop that are explicitly made for 2 players (One player can manipulate a puzzle in one room but the other player has the clues about how to solve it in a different room and they have to talk to get it solved.)
But most of the puzzles can be solved solo just fine. Just avoid the ones explicitly tagged with the 2-player tag in the workshop.
By the way, all the puzzles CAN be played by two people. But some actually *require* two people and cannot be solved by one - those should have the 2-player tag on them in the workshop.
