Can't download SOME community rooms

As someone posted a month ago, I can't download SOME community games. Instead of the white bar filling as download progress is made, the white bar appears on the thumbnail of the room, but slowly blinks instead. It also holds up any download queue I may have. I've sat and waited an hour for a room to download, but it just blinks.

Sounds like a steam downloader cache issue. Try clearing steam download cache and restarting steam.
