is there a friend pass?
ya know, da ting where 1 person buy the full game and the other person download the friend pass aka the full game but doesn't have complete access to the full game and they both can play the game for 1 copy of the game

No, there's no friends pass. That is why we've chosen a lower price point for the game to make it easier for groups to buy it.
