Is Tanc a lelek always playing when i battle with SG? even tho when i already castrated 2/3 of the SG with my aircraft, Tanc a lelek always play even when i have clear advantage over SG.

Yes. Any strike group designated as one will play Tanc a Lelek when faced. Think of it as the theme playing for the enemy's demise, rather than your own.
