Game stuck on "Purchase a missile" screen: Tutorial

I am playing the tutorial. The dude tells me to purchase a missile in the shipyard. I do but I can't get out of this screen. I can't scroll anywhere, or click anything else other than purchasing missiles.

When I click the Esc button, only the background changes but the dude is still pointing at the bottom left (now there is nothing there), and purchase a missile prompt is still there.

I restarted the campaign, same thing happened again.

i was blocked at almost the same point

first you have to reach the lower part of the screen ( where i was blocked ) by pressing "s", then buy a missile by leftclicking/holding and dragging it on your ship

you can buy missile by right clicking and they will end up in your storage, but that won't work for the tutorial.

if you really can't pass that bug, you may watch a youtube video of the tutorial. and start a campaign with a disabled tutorial ( nothing you do in the tutorial matter anyway)
