Delete design function is already in the game (although buggy) or you can also do it in the steammap folder
Actually, you can just put in the same segment/block (indicated by braces { })
@ all other reading this:
I would like to point out that Sevastopol seria file is not 1:1 to ordinary seria files belonging to other designs. It may be related to the tutorial (probably) but unless you want* unexplained crashes or bugs later in game - rather open a copy of Sevastopol in shipworks and edit that file (you will still need to add "m_flagship=true") into your hearts desire.
*just pointing out the risk, not saying it is 100% so
Started the game, went to shipwork instead of campaign, loaded the Sevastopol, modified it, saved it as Sevastopol MK2.
Then exited the game and went to "[where I have steam installed]\Steam\steamapps\common\HighFleet\Ships"
Opened "Sevastopol MK2.seria" with Notepad++, searched for m_playable=true value, and then added the line m_flagship=true value below it.
Then next time I ran the game it let me replace the default Sevastopol with my MK2 version.
