Ive been getting this transmission since the end of the prologue. Im now some 7 hours ingame, and ive got no idea where to find this guy. Any help?

Right, so you will need to note down the bearing , and follow it
you have a ruler tool

You get a pretty good bearing of where a transmission originates when you save a message. You can use a ruler to click on your own ship and extend it as far as possible along that bearing.

The line of bearing means that the transmission originated somewhere along that line. That particular transmission occurs multiple times throughout the campaign, however, and you're able to get new bearings with each transmission.

If you've been keeping track of all of them with the ruler then you'll find that the lines will eventually intersect at a point. That point is the transmission origin, and where you need to go to meet whoever keeps radioing you.

I used traingulation and found hidden city but there wasn't any events or there wre no guy inside.

He wasn't in a hidden city in my game. Are you sure he's not in a normal city nearby?

He's been in a normal city every time for me.

Wherever the transmission is coming from based on the direction your radio is pointed at, draw a line in that direction.

Wherever that line intersects a city, that's where he might/should be at the moment. He does move around however so simply ignoring the transmission for a time while you move on results in him moving away to a different location to "keep up" with you.
