Probably its just my OCD kicking in.
BUT some things that are grinding my gears...
1. Washing rims after you wash car. For anybody who knows at least anything from detailing, washing car before rims is a big no no. I hope that at some point it is going to be possible to do in correct order.
2. Squeezing liquids out of towels only after 50% fill. I just cant put it with 48% liquid back in box. I'm getting weird goosebumps every time I have to do that. I hope that maybe it is possible to set it that at any point you can squeeze them out. So you don't have to put 48% wet towels back in storage.
3. For a simulator that is dedicated for car lovers and enthusiasts it lacks car shine. Even on highest graphics, it just doesn't kick emotions. Maybe it is possible in future to add waxes, ceramic coatings anything that would provoke deep mouth watering shine.
4. More interior detailing options - I really miss options to clean dashboards gear levers etc.
5. Would love to see different material seats as well as different colors. And possibly some options to paint seats in different colors.
6. Paint correction before repainting whole car? Seriously?? :) Pointless to polish whole car if you are going to respray it anyway.
7. Would love to see possibility to open hood and do some engine bay detailing.

I really enjoy this game and hope to see some new DLC's and updates and so on.

I would love the ability to clean more of the inside of the car, including the dashboard, gear stick, hand brake, doors and even hoovering the floor.
Plus I would love to be able to clean the engine

3 Things that should be changed really is:

1. The repair seat tool is insanely broken why fix 12+ stains which is way to many for one car cost 5 mins + to get it all fixed please upgrade the tool or make less stains in seats.

2. The window kit sponge paste is good for maybe half a front window, why doesnt it work like the wheel sponge?

3. The achievment where you want us to wash 500 cars is fine if all above goes faster and we get better tools or upgrades after lvl 20 prestige or something.

Yes, I agree with the sponge on the window kit.
It takes so long when doing the front and back windows.

Also some more things we need in the game.
RUST :L What about adding rust to the cars and giving us some rust remover kit.
Wipers. What about adding the ability to change the wipers.
Bulbs. Be able to change the car bulbs, instead of just cleaning the lights.

Repairing the seats: in the step with the sandpaper, the camera should be rotatable - as is the step with the spray can afterwards. It sometimes happens that the sandpaper treatment can't be completed on at least one spot, because the damaged spot can't be reached from the side/area the camera is focussed at.

I agree with some others, who wrote here before, that cleaning engine, dashboards and some other car compents should be added in future updates. As there are still two slots for kits left on the boards, I'm still optimistic, there will be added such stuff later.

More variations in seat materials, ~ colors, etc. - same for the mats - would also be very nice. The postion and number of big scratches - exatly one at the door either right OR left - could vary bit more as well.

But despite of all the things that still don't work as intended now and things that could have a bit more variety, the game is already addictive and really fun to play.

I get around this with a macro in logitech Ghub. Just bind a mouse click without a 'release' and set to toggle. Makes the game infinitely more enjoyable. That and creating a macro to save with the arrows and enter key because it crashes so much...
