no, Content pass gives you a kill pack, the summer pack, and the up and coming "2003 Remastered Leatherface Skin", you also get Bones and Wyatt

If you are asking if you buy the DLC's after the Content pass is gone then that is a yes!
all skins, kills, and characters should be available after the content pass is gone

You can't really expect to unlock every single DLC released so far for 20 bucks.

Don't buy or support this game. Let it slowly die off. The devs don't even care about their own products so why should we give them money? It's not worth it.. I have the pass and I can't get my money back. They won't address the cheating situation and the easy anti cheat system is pure garbage and the game has so many bugs it needs a revamp if the devs truly cared but they don't, they just want money and make stupid skins that a college kid can make in a week or a day. Took them literally 6 months to make a stupid skin and charge $9.99 lmao.. Do not support this game. I played since launch and the devs just don't care about the game at all.. Friday the 13th for example is now offline and they treated the game like crap. At least DBD treats there products better. Stay clear of this. Wes Kelter is a terrible developer.. Until I see some improvements being done, I will not buy anymore products
