sure i can help i will play both sides but i play family most of the time

you can watch streamers or youtube to learn from them or simply play the game until you learn.. in this game the key is to know the map well and where the fusebox, valve, lock toolbox are etc... and most important for new player is to respect bubba in basement, just hide and don't die until he's leaving the basement.
much more could be told but as i said, you have to also play and experience the game yourself, by dying you will learn to not die.

I play both victim and family I’ve tried watching videos but I get confused. And when I go into games I just get cussed out the whole time bc idk what I’m doing. I have hitch to 10 and that’s who I play as family.

I'll send you a friend request! Hitch is my main at the moment because I used to play Trapper in dead by daylight. I would be happy to help you and anyone who sees this message and is struggling into getting into the game.

The solo que experience is quite bad for this game and I believe that new players need to have a positive environment to learn the basics. Because I'd say more than half of the outcome of the games depend on map knowledge and that is exactly what the game doesn't teach you. It's opaque game design at it's worst.

hitch is a very good killer, he is a chaser and also he can place traps at key objects such as battery car / fusebox or important doors which leads to the battery or generator side.

you can add me if you wish to play, but as I said, learning the game it comes in general by playing the X game and usually means by losing a lot at the begining since everyone is learning from mistakes and you shodun't be worried of losing or when unsure what to do exactly in the game.. the knowledge/experience will increase more and more the more you play.
