Choptop as new family?

I'm pretty sure we mostly heard voicelines that's referring Choptop but then why they used those voicelines when we see Hands?
Is that a mind game from the Devs to keep us hyped?
My point is: keep your expectations low, Maria was supposed to be dead but they scrapped that, pretty sure in-game currency is also scrapped, Choptop MIGHT be a scrapped idea if that's the case, they had no use of these voicelines so instead they decided to add it for Hands.

I think it's just wonky voice acting, cook sounds different when he speaks to Hands as well. This game does not have the rights to Choptop because it is owned by another entity sadly.

They probably voiced characters using different voice actors then they changed their voice with AI

I don’t think that’s the case they sound the same I guess the direction just didn’t work well or maybe they somewhat lost voice

That's exactly how AI works, I don't think they'd all lose their voice at the same time in less than a year

The voicelines to chotop were datamined, not heard in-game. The youtube video you probably saw said it was to Hands because they didn't understand right away it was for choptop - since he's not released yet You cannot hear those lines in game.

If the game takes place fourth month before TCM1 then Choptop would still be serving his duty on Vietnam. It certainly wouldn't make much sense to scrap a major part of his lore to add him to the game.

Hands doesnt even have voice lines. He just grunts. It felt like they got lazy and didnt bother hiring a voice actor
