New Player Experience is awful
Why in the hell do I always get new players (including myself) on my team and maxed level players on the other? Like how do I learn when games end so quickly. If I don't do Quick Play it takes 8 years just to find a match lmao.

Should I just go back to DBD since the queues are at least 10 seconds?

No. Keep playing and try to be better. New player experience is really rough in this game, but trust me its worth the investment. Most fun asym game out there. Also i recommend playing family first, you cant die and you can learn maps faster

When you are first starting out, it is pretty bad and rough. But if you get really good, you can door-slam the family and run circles around them, it's very entertaining when you get to that level. I am not there but I have seen people do it.

I feel you, Weenie. I started yesterday but i am already level 20. I had big wins and catastrophic loses but i keep it up. Only thing is that leveling up and getting skill points feel so tedious and queues sometimes take forever (at least to me).

Entertaining when you're not the one being messed with. This isn't DBD and it shouldn't be. If you want to mess around, play with friends or DBD.

I did fine my first time playing (68 mins worth of game time) I got to be Sissy and got a kill. Victims love to annoy Family (using the door slam, bone stabbing etc) like, cool, you're having fun, I am not.

It was fun while it lasted but I'm done playing with people that don't play the game and just want to annoy/bother/be an ass against you while playing. Which is why I don't even bother with it.

Its fine... I'd just like to be able to pick my character.

Connie is too popular.

My biggest problem is how long the q times are compared to how long the games last, I am a new player and whenever I am playing as a victim or a family member I always get new player on my team but sweaty players on the opposite team, making the games end very quickly. I think we just have to accept the fact that the learning curve is difficult and sadly the game doesn't have a lot of players, I really hope this changes because I am liking the game quite a lot.

Game has plenty of players, but there is always some kind of issues with their matchmaking system. Nowadays i mostly play as family and im getting into matches within 10 seconds

It doesn't help that this game has the exact same problem as dbd. You have to choose between "do I want to have fun or do I want to win?". Often when my friends and I pick our characters were faced with a dilemma. If we pick characters we enjoy we run into a team that runs circles around us and makes us have a miserable game. We get pissed and the next match we switch to our meta build and beat the crap out of the next unfortunate group we come across. Which most of the time turns out to be newbs. It's a vicious cycle.

It feels like we "have" to run certain family to not only win but to have a chance. We "need" a hh or cook because without traps or locks, Connie will walk right out. We "need" a hands if there's a Danny because of tampering. If the map has a lot of barriers someone has to be bubba or hands with the breaker perk. If we feel like messing around and run johnny, sissy and nancy. They'll get out in under 3 mins because we have nothing to slow down the game.

Often if I'm chasing someone, someone else is picking the lock on my door. Which is why I don't commit to most chases unless I can end them quickly or we know where every other victim is.

yeah i just use the fact that i cant be stopped pretty much with wireframe fired up and scout. Only thing stopping me is a bone shard that i can just use the poison to debuff u or a barricade.

I decided to go for the Quick Match route and all of my games have filled me in as a Family member. Nothing wrong with that. However, most of those games the family members were my level and the victims are all level 10 and actually coordinating. At the end of one of those matches there was a really disgusting person in voice saying 'Easy game what useless players' and I felt really bad, what joy do they get from winning against new players? They have seen our levels. It is just irritating.
How am I supose to learn or have fun when ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Bubba enters in my cell in less than 60 seconds!? More than 5 minutes to start a match and not even 1 minute alive. Such ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
