Proving Sissy slow on hit isn't a bug
I have seen so many threads about Sissy having bugged attacks so I felt I need to clarify some of that information.

I will be compering Johnny's attack code to Sissy's attack code.

In the first picture you can see on the left side Johnny's attack code and on the right side Sissy's attack code.
Both of them have unique for them Tags. Johnny has JohnnySlash and Sissy has SissySlash.

Let's see another files with code describing those Tags:

Like before on the left side is Johnny's code, code about Tag JohnnySlash.
On the right is Sissy's code, code about SissySlash.

As we can see those files have something about MeleeHitEffect which redirect us to another file.

Now this is the important part :
On both of them is code about Speed Multiplier, Johnny isn't reducing victims speed.
But Sissy has value of -0.1. In addition this value is Addictive .

This means every Sissy attack is reducing Speed Multiplier by 0.1, which base value is 1.0.
Every attack is slowing victim by 10% and it stacks.

In the small red box I included rest of the code where we can see Johnny has only Concussion effect.
But Sissy has Concussion effect, Drunk effect and DrunkVisionAndMovement.

As I know some people will be angry at me over just saying Sissy isn't bugged,
I AM AGAINST THOSE EFFECTS TOO, I JUST WANT TO CLARIFY THIS ISN'T A BUG!.

There's a perk that your next attack will get a poison effect just like sissy's after you get into the poison cloud, so i don't think it's a bug, probably they just equipped this perk.
the first hit isn't, but if it continues doing it then that is what the bug is they're talking about I think.

Sissy has no other function that be a good Chaser

Hitchhiker has macro slowdown traps, Sissy doesn't

The problem is when you add Rubber Legs perk to it, the slowdown stacking is way too much, probably -0.3 per stack, to the point Victims can't move after a few hits

It has nothing to do with any perks like Special Blend.

Read the code, tested it myself, tested it with friends, saw it on youtube too and my friends who play Sissy also confirmed it.

You can test it yourself by doing those simple steps:
Pick Sissy
Unequip Special Blend
Find Victim
Attack them

You will see the victim has noise notification after being attacked and if you attack the same victim multiple times they will get so slow they will start running in place without almost moving like in cartoons.

In the images I showed how the code was constructed and it was just like for Johnny who has just Concussion effect on melee hit.

I haven't tested it but I have seen the code and this is how it looks:

Rubber Legs multiplies Victim's Speed Multiplier by 0.9 (for lvl2 - 0.85, for lvl3 - 0.8).
For Rubber Legs to work it needs Tag Poisoned which Sissy's attacks don't have.

Thats the problem, it applies Rubber Legs stacking slow every hit regardless when it should be capped at a certain speed value

something is obviously off with the perk as there is no counter-play once hit with Rubber Legs

I think basekit Sissy poison is fine, but the bug originates from some of the slow on hit perks idk

being honest it HAS TO BE a bug simply because of the perk text that states on the next attack else the whole perk as well as its description wouldnt make any sense at all from a logical standpoint since WHY say it is on next hit after moving through a cloud when it is automatically on every hit ?

This effect needs to be added to every killer, because chasing people across 100+ yards and being able to get maybe 2 hits max is really stupid.

You dont know how the bug works do u? Sissy poison hits makes the target permanently slow, perk only let u use it once, but right now its INFINITE

sissys weakness : grapple her, get it back from grappling perks or debuff her with perks. but she does need some balancing

you either don't know what permanently means or don't know how it works at all.
After few seconds victims return to their original movement speed, so it isn't a permanent slow.
And of course you are bringing to discussion Special Blend which has nothing to do with it.

Sissy has a passive ability which let's her slow victims with melee attack!
So there isn't "single use" perk that works infinitely.
She has the same code just like Johnny about her special attacks.
But Johnny doesn't slow victims, Sissy does.
