Still lagging and stuttering

I thought this patch was supposed to fix the terrible stuttering some people were experiencing. My pc meets all the minimum requirements and can run games like RDR2 but even on low graphics and turning vsync off this game messes up terribly for me. I can't even escape the ropes as a victim at the beginning of a match because it keeps dropping the bar backwards?? It was doing so well for me when I first downloaded the game but for these past 5-6 days it's been basically impossible to play.

internet is to blame for escaping ropes and turning on chainsaws, i have no solution for anything else you listed

there are no dedicated servers in this game so you could be matched on a server in asia when you are na. If youre stuttering when being attacked thats an issue the devs need to fix because my husband experiences the same thing on low graphics and i did too on ultra graphics before they "fixed it". I havent bothered to see if its actually fixed but i did see a forum post not so long ago about how the game still stutters on ultra even after the update so my guess is its just not optimized not matter how good your specs are.
