They have to bleed out (for example jumping out of window) and start recover on the ground. Then you have the prompt to Excecute or Carry.

Haha, just saw a LF do this for the first time, I didn't know you could do it either! I think it just gives extra points, kinda cool though.

They have to have fainted from blood loss or w/e, then you pick them up instead of execute them, the key/button will highlight when you look at them. Then you carry them to a nearby hook.
