Cant stream in-game voice comms on discord?

I stream the game for my friends on discord and they hear everything in the game except for the other people using voice chat. Anyone know why the voice chat wont come through on discord?

I've seen someone streaming on youtube who also has this problem.

its probably a built in feature to prevent streamers from having to mute their ingame comms because someone would see .ttv and then start saying racial slurs. It exists for a good reason.
