What the heck are the developers doing?!

I'm sorry but this is really getting ridiculous. What the heck did the developers do in the last 15 days to support their game after launch?! There are OBVIOUS problems in the game since day one, there is no need to fix all the problems in one patch but at least they could release mini updates (hotfix) to solve the most game-breaking issues people are reporting every day. I also worked for years in a software house and there is no way that after the launch of a game nothing is done by developers to solve the most urgent problems in the first few days after launch.

They left the game abandoned for good 15 days like this, it's really ridiculous and unacceptable. This is a big disrespect to everyone who bought the game to support the company.

Agreed. I think people are a bit too forgiving for this game just giving them excuses. I guess atleast they fixed the credential error, but thats all ive seen so far.

balance is horrible, cheats are on the internet for free, bugs and glitches are game breaking.

Didn't you read the super fancy news image? Besides the hacks (which let's be real, will never be fixed), everything is either "Under Investigation" (aka "we don't know how to fix it") or "Needs more Details" (aka "we're ignoring this until it goes away on it's own").

They're gonna abandon this in a heartbeat if the numbers continue to decline.

Sumo had no difficulty abandoning their previous multiplayer only title either. In fact, it took them mere weeks to give up on it.

Hotfixes are taking way too long to come out, they haven't even released a fix for stuff like people dcing instantly making it so killers get no points and leatherface having their chainsaw stalled if he was reving it when grandpa cutscene happens.

how would you feel if customers/clients came and told you how to do your job? (im assuming you have a related education and they dont).

It's Gun Interactive... if you are familiar with their title Friday the 13th then you will know the pain. There's a reason the game was $40 and not $60. They will patch it when patch is ready but that's the problem. Things come at a snails pace and early on is where you need to act fast and not wait for the community to die out. I'd say this game still feels like a beta. They rushed to get it out on Aug 18 just like Diablo 4 did to get the game out on 6.6.23. As long as I can find a match when I queue in I don't care. It's when queues start taking 20-30 mins is when the real pain begins. Especially when matches can be over in minutes sometimes.

Don't worry, one of the community mods will come in to gush how the team is "working so gosh darn hard" on a patch. they even put out a "road map" with no time line. Game was fun week one, has quickly devolved into a clown fiesta.
