You already don't get that many points as a family member.
That said, kill points should be distributed team wide, even if it's a smaller bonus to the others who didn't get the kill themselves. Yet another dumbfu©k design decision that we can only hope gets changed some day while there's still a population willing to play family that's above double digits.
It's also better for someone to hit the Victim that's grappling you because that'll also be a free kill and gets someone out of the game fast.
That person needs to stop playing ASAP if they complain about teamwork... the struggle isn't guaranteed to go in their favour either.
I reckon they're the type of person to complain about you not helping either, so it's a lose lose either way.
points dont =exp, just focus on having fun and winning.
