The Charles Manson reference is very unnecessary

We should not romanticize sick uninspired people like him, it is really disturbing and turning me off from the game.

It is not "edgy" "creative" "smart" "innovative" "cool" or anything else.

Imagine being one of his victims and seeing people worshiping him like this. Guy literally has swastika between his eyes. Guy literally is a rapist who raped boys and a murderer.

I know it is "fiction" but they are mixing it with reality, there really is no justification nor anything redeeming about this. It is poor writing too.

You have almost 13 hours in this game. Your most recent match was today, August 29. Your achievements are tied directly to Family side and none for survivors. It's not edgy to play Family, bro. Very disappointing.

1. Manson is dead. He gets no glory from an in-game psychopath singing his songs.
2. The original TCM movie was inspired by Ed Gein. While I admit Ed Gein was not as evil as Manson (as most of his skinning was done by grave robbing; he only actually murdered one person), you can't really complain about a game gathering inspiration from real people as well.
3. I like sissy's singing... I even hum along... does that mean I'm going to go out and buy his albums and start stabbing people? No.

The game is, in of itself, a reference to real-world horror.

Just a detail:

Ed Gein killed two people. The same number that Manson killed outright. The rest of the family's murders were committed by other members of the family.

This is a series based on several serial killer and cannibal stories put together. Most famously, leatherface is like a mix between Ed Gein and Ed Kemper. There was also a family who ate people in Tex Arcana, Texas in real life.

Exploring real life horror does not mean encouraging murder.

I really wish Charles Manson had never existed, but if the darkness is there, then let's explore it.

TCM movie is inspired from REAL FACTS if you didn't know. Ed Gein, a real serial killer that made stuff out of skins, was the inspiration for the movie. So it's not surprising to see another inspiration from real world into the game.

I'm sure you're so offended every time you hear Sissy sing as you hide behind a table covered in brutally dismembered human bodies. This is a video game... a horror video game. I'm sick of people looking at every detail of a freaking video game and finding something to go online and complain about how offended they are about it. If it bothers you that much, don't play it. Don't come on here and try to get the game censored.
