Mic doesn't work. Any fix?

It works in every other game I have. But apparently in this one when it's on, people hear what I do in the menu - like when you press continue, go to customization and all - but not my voice. They can hear my game, but not me. I disabled background apps, and I don't have a vpn. Is there another fix I can try or am I doomed to wait for the devs to fix it?

If you go to your Sound Settings>Manage sound devices> Disable all other microphone input devices except the one you're using. That is the only thing that worked for me.

Thanks, that worked ! I didn't even know I had other mics active.

This worked perfectly for me. I had a second mic option there, but only had 1 mic, disabled the other and now I can respond to all the trash talking in game.

Glad it worked for you guys. Hopefully they add microphone input settings in-game so we can choose the mic we're using. I think when you have multiple input devices the game doesn't know which one to use and disables all voice inputs.

Oh and hopefully they let us change our keybinds too haha.
