Because people in this crappy world like drama and fighting/arguing over stupid things.
i only played dbd once and have 2.8 hours in the game and probably never will play it again because of the first 4 games i played were just sweats like damn its not that serious
and i used to play to friday the 13th the game the greatest slasher game and its getting shutdown so im playing texas chainsaw massacre and im having alot of fun
DBD is mechanically deep for killers
TCM is mechanically deep for survivors.
Granted, DBD is an enjoyable game most of the time and more like a fun game of tag or cat and mouse while TCM is a legit survival horror multiplayer experience. I think in general TCM has better mechanics that keep you engaged with the stuff to interact with so you're not just on a map that has nothing really to do except move around it like DBD.
Behavior has a much larger team and it has a much more "polished" flow of gameplay but given time and if the devs are more open to the community of what's going on(behavior isn't very open for the most part either) I think the game would be better off. We know a patch is coming but to give no idea of when after a week of pain is kinda a failure on the devs part.
Both games are good in their own right and the enjoyment you get from them is based on what you think is good and what isn't.
xDDDDDDDD done, no more replies to this brainless
The other has been out for not even a week...
