I tried all the settings of the inputs and outputs, the result is 0%.
I also can't hear the voice chat at all, and the microphone doesn't work either.
On our support site we have some articles to troubleshoot mic issues here: https://support.txchainsawgame.com/hc/en-us/articles/18374179001876-Help-with-voice-chat-on-PC.
You can, also, submit a ticket to our support site here: https://support.txchainsawgame.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
It even shows in the sound settings that Texas Chainsaw Massacre has access to the microphone. Everything else picks it up including the steam voice chat.
Go to Windows setting and troubleshoot your microphone there! You'll know you did it right if it makes you say a phrase tp troubleshoot it. :)
