Matchmaking system sucks

I want to hear your guys is opinion on the matchmaking, there is never 7 players and when there is one always leaves, game doesn't start with 6 and when timer runs out we get the "Unable to find enough suitable players" this is extremely annoying and frustrating since it shouldn't be this hard to find a game!

Yeah, came to here to find someone mentioning this. The wait times for one or two people is basically infinite and when they do fill it out they usually leave. Seems like lobbies may get bugged or something as I have sat and gone away with no one joining in 5-ish minutes.

Yeah I feel like it might be a bug since it shouldnt be so hard to find 1 more to fill the spot??

Don't forget the one or two jerks that say let me play as (insert charecter her) and when someone does not they run the timer down then leave. causing the unable to find enough players message.

Had this happen a few times, it's getting annoying already.

I dislike the fact that as soon as the timer hits 0 seconds left that if there is only 6 players in the game instead of 7, it disbands the entire lobby as well[i.imgur.com].

I agree, i think matchmaking is bugged because even with 15k players there is always someone missing in lobby.

And a lot of people refuse to get ready, or leaving the lobby. Extremely annoying.

Similar issue happend with predator on release if someone quit in the lobby it would never fill the spot. even if it was the predator and you would launch into a game with the bad guy lol. This is pretty similar in that a lot of the time it wont fill the spot, although at least it wont put you into a game without the killers

I hate when players wait the last 4 seconds to start the game. It doesn't do anything for you. I'm done with this game. Servers keep crashing. They don't even give you a chance to escape. It's cool how it's cinematic but overall you can't enjoy it. Some players can escape cos they're good at survival games. Otherwise it sucks! I'm playing left4dead2 everyday. More fun shooting zombies.

I have no problem finding games or when a family member leaves...but when a victim leaves it takes forever to find a new one. Super annoying.

I've played this game at every hour of the week, and I have ONCE had the close down because 1 player is missing...

And 5 minutes, is NOT a long time. Stop being in such a hurry and it'll be fine.

Idk man 5 minutes is pretty long when it accumulates to almsot half your playtime. I feel like you are being a bit naive here. Lobby dodging has been out of hand since launch cause nerds think they cant escape without their "main". Funny enough I have a better escape rate with my lvl 0-1 victims than my lvl 5 one.
