can't create a party nor join one

"a Netowrk error has occured
Error code 0x00000003"

same on two different pcs and swapped internet connections as well

I fixed it by turning of my VPN. Not sure if you have it but it fixed it for me.
So turn of VPN and reboot the game, that's what I did.

This needs to be reported as a bug. Crossplay is impossible if the code exchange is broken.

I had this problem and it never occurred to me to turn off my vpn and then like magic I was able to join friends and create my own lobby
