What you lose on death

What exactly do you lose? cuz i keep upgrades with me. I know its the current level, money and the sauce. stocks go back to a good number. Cops bills and what not get reset. Not sure what else i lose? I do appresciate not losing the upgrades. would get very repetetive for the grind

Progression of missions for planets, all the meats significantly, ingredients, bills & bribes if you have and all the money.

Also of note, the Deep Freeze upgrade will let you keep some of the meat (both raw and cooked) and sauce ingredients (but not the actual sauces). Seems like it's 25% per level, as I've got the second one and I seem to have half what I had before when I start over.
