I did like the funny concepts behind the dungeons like a UFO or a dragon corpse (loved the music too!) but, in the end, it didn’t change anything from the gameplay of endless waves to be dispatched. Was hoping there’d be more uniqueness to areas but it was only the handicaps that made a dungeon feel unique and that only applied to a few of them. I did enjoy the variety of attacks and leveling forms and how you can mix and match but I just needed more to the actual dungeons and combat.
So, yeah, I liked the game overall but wish it was so much more. I’ll take another Guacamelee, thanks.
