Its already on the easier side of things (at least so far).
I went in at about lvl 50 something, all forms and abilites unlocked.
Pretty much strolled through the dungeons, I was generally untouchable.
I did all the side quests and dungeons and fairies in first play through, but I feel I should have done all that in NG+ rather (especially as ALL dungeons are required to be cleared in NG+, I just did them for fun the first run but turned out to be a waste of time)
NG+ is a joke
When I saw that instead all mobs were capped themselves at lvl 75, I was somewhat bummed, I breezed through most dungeons with the Robot, only switching to Ghost for the dungeons that would set melee dmg at 0 and/or increase ranged dmg 5x.
The other thing I didn't like at all is that, due to the fact that I had no use for overall/forms XPs, all the dungeons that had the key gate could be easily rushed just by spamming dodge through all mobs, get the keys, open the gate and reach the final boss immediately.
In the end, the NG+ was *way* easier than my first run - I hope they'll introduce a NG++, with some real challenges.
My general build was Ghost with Ethereal, Ranger Dash, and Monk Lightstorm, with passives for lifesteal on damage, poison on hit, and lower cooldowns. Occasionally I'd swap Lighstorm with Bodybuilder's Pump Up if I needed to hit Hard wards instead of Light. Passives I swapped around a little bit too depending on the exact modifiers (ranged damage reduction for homing missile retaliation, crit bonuses for dungeons with bonus crit chance, etc).
Being able to pump out a ton of damage via Boo and Lighstorm while hiding under Ethereal was pretty OP, Dash + Ethereal lets you just ignore most enemies except when there's a kill count gate.
