New Game Plus opinions
Did anyone else find NG+ a bit lack luster? I like this game a lot, and going into the NG+ mode I was already level 71 and had maxed all abilities. So I wanted to get more of a challenge but I find that the remixed dungeons weren't as demanding as I thought they might have been, based on the description of the mode, to the point where I was able to beat the entire NG+ mode in under 4 hours using mostly one character and occasionally rotating out one of the moves in my set. What are your thoughts on the mode?

8 hours in, nowhere near your level of progression, but that was my biggest concern with this game - lack of challenge for a so called "end game".
Its already on the easier side of things (at least so far).

NG+ was much easier IMO
I went in at about lvl 50 something, all forms and abilites unlocked.
Pretty much strolled through the dungeons, I was generally untouchable.
I did all the side quests and dungeons and fairies in first play through, but I feel I should have done all that in NG+ rather (especially as ALL dungeons are required to be cleared in NG+, I just did them for fun the first run but turned out to be a waste of time)

TL;DR

NG+ is a joke

I made the "mistake" of reaching lvl 75 in my first run at normal, thinking that NG+ would give me some more troubles (i.e.: you're capped at 75, but mobs are of higher level than you).

When I saw that instead all mobs were capped themselves at lvl 75, I was somewhat bummed, I breezed through most dungeons with the Robot, only switching to Ghost for the dungeons that would set melee dmg at 0 and/or increase ranged dmg 5x.

The other thing I didn't like at all is that, due to the fact that I had no use for overall/forms XPs, all the dungeons that had the key gate could be easily rushed just by spamming dodge through all mobs, get the keys, open the gate and reach the final boss immediately.

In the end, the NG+ was *way* easier than my first run - I hope they'll introduce a NG++, with some real challenges.

I beat it in 6 hours, was fun just wrecking everybody with my maxed forms. The poor final boss didn't stand a chance:lunar2019laughingpig:. But yeah, they need to spice things up.

They need to make NG+ less forgiving on what form/ability combos you are picking, and for the correct ones you do pick make it more difficult. Make it a challenge to the player to try to solve what will be able to actually do a dungeon with ♥♥♥♥ tier modifiers. Maybe add modifiers to the world map or some similar difficulty enhancement. I'm expecting that they will actually update the game at some point to do this sort of thing and add more endgame content since the devs seem active at the moment. It's a long game though, and difficulty doesn't really drop off until you unlock everything (or you unlock a specific combo of things) so it's not a huge deal. I'm looking forward to their future updates.

Yeah NG+ was definitely extremely easy. I'm pretty sure I beat all but two dungeons as a single form (Ghost), only swapping away for a dungeon where all ranged damage is reduced to zero (used Bodybuilder), and for a dungeon with extremely limited mana regen and a bunch of Light wards (used Slug).

My general build was Ghost with Ethereal, Ranger Dash, and Monk Lightstorm, with passives for lifesteal on damage, poison on hit, and lower cooldowns. Occasionally I'd swap Lighstorm with Bodybuilder's Pump Up if I needed to hit Hard wards instead of Light. Passives I swapped around a little bit too depending on the exact modifiers (ranged damage reduction for homing missile retaliation, crit bonuses for dungeons with bonus crit chance, etc).

Being able to pump out a ton of damage via Boo and Lighstorm while hiding under Ethereal was pretty OP, Dash + Ethereal lets you just ignore most enemies except when there's a kill count gate.
