Crash on level load after first cutscene -- UPDATE
Hi everybody!

We've just deployed a fix for users that have an integrated Intel(R) HD/UHD Graphics Card. People with this card were sometimes experiencing a crash right after the opening cutscene.

In most cases, we've determined that users experiencing this issue already had another video card in their machine, but were still set to use the integrated card by default. The game now tries to auto detect this situation and use the best available video card.

If there is no other video card available, the game will now print a warning asking the user to make sure their drivers are up-to-date. Doing this has allowed multiple users to get past the issue. The latest drivers for these video cards can be found here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download-center/home.html

If you're still having this issue after updating your drivers, we'd love to get more info from you to help debug the problem. Please email us at support@drinkboxstudios.com and attach the following files and info:

1. Your system specs file. Follow steps, 1,2, and 8 in this link (https://www.wikihow.com/Find-System-Specs)
2. Your system.log.txt file. You should be able to find it in Users\[YOURUSERNAME]\AppData\Local\Temp directory
3. Your steam username, so we know you've been helped.

Thanks very much!
