"Get all Achievements" Achievement not working

So i have 33/34 achievements and the one i don't have is the one to get them all.

not sure whats going on, reset steam and closed everything but it still shows as incomplete.

I beat the game and completed it on my SO's co-op hosted game in both standard and NG+.

hopefully its just delayed and comes later. Anyone else?

Just finished my NG+ run and it unlocked. What I will tell you is that another achievement got stuck for me...I exited Steam and reloaded it and that unlocked the achievement. Maybe trying exiting and reloading Steam to see if that works?
