Keys go to locked chests? Never got to try them. Seems logical but perhaps an extra sentence in the text boxes explaining what things are for would help. Like what ammo goes to what weapons, and what icons mean on the map. Making it easier to adapt to will be key for those new to the genre.
The only "issue" I had was in Blue Prints. Friends were able to figure it out but a bit of a tutorial might be huge. I continuously ran into structure issues and pathing issues that weren't clear to me. Lots of doors... all the necessary parts... never finished a Trampler. That aside, there was so much fun to be had once you were in.
Getting equipped and loading up for the journey is not too bad once you figure it out. Looting ships and cities to find more to extract with is very self explanatory. The sense of urgency to get your looting done quickly and efficiently was palpable. Always looking towards the horizons for black smoke. The survival element felt great. Absolutely make sure you have friends you've played with and know your roles!
Very good potential here. I look forward to the next session! Hope it's soon...
