Do I need a fixed group to play the game with?
Or is there matchmaking that will team me up with random players?

heyo, so for the test there will be no matchmaking to find people for a crew. only way to make a crew will be to be steam friends and invite each other. you dont have to have randoms either. you can play solo as much as you like.

I refuse to play with randoms in *any* game, hopefully you can have fixed groups.

But if no friends buy the game you can found random players and become friends
