Can Tramplers be destroyed? And if yes, how does it affect gameplay after that?

Wondering about this, because I love to tinker and build and I love the Trampler idea/design and the tool for it, but I would hate it, if I would spent time on building it up, just for all my progress to be deleted by loosing to someone in PvP. Is there any form of meta progression? Or a way to maybe save trampler layouts you have created as blueprints?

You can indeed save your Trampler layouts as blueprints, but you'll need to have all the necessary components in order to rebuild them.

If you don't you can use default Tramplers or a constructed one you can afford to re-enter the planet and collect the required components :)
