Getting 45-65 FPS on a 4090 - 4k monitor

pretty much what I get on my 3080, what CPU you got? Mine's a 5900X all core OC'd to 4500Mhz. Could be a CPU bottleneck.

he has a 4090, I have a 3080 and we get about the same performance, it's the game...

i have a rx 6700 xt and i get 40-57 fps, changing the settings doesnt really change my fps, something in the engine is being weird and eating performance

Thats crazy to say in public. This game should not be pushing that card, Much higher fidelity games with more effects can run 60+fps in 4k no problem. I do it daily. This game just had super bad performance. The odd thing is the game runs about 76fps for me on average running around the vessel while its moving. Its everything outside the vessel while its moving that is the problem. Its a slide show while at the same time high fps for me and the deck of the vessel. Bad coding somewhere plain and simple.

I get 120 on with a 3080 on Cyberpunk 2077, bad argument, if you don't know what you're talking about then its fine to just not say anything.

Vsync is weird in this game, it almost works backwards. when its off im getting 30fps when its on im getting about 80ish on high settings 1440p with a 4070ti
