Playing with controllers and keyboard

I´ve played the game for a while but i can´t seem to understand how to change the input of the controllers or keyboard, also, is there any option so that when i plug a controller i can use the controller and the keyboard as different players? because like in many games, as soon as i connect the controller it becomes the first player and i cant use the keyboard.
