Ultra long tutorial??

I've gotten down to decorating my basement and I'm so sick of cleaning tanks, is there going to be more jobs besides cleaning tanks, the last 2 times I played I did like 6 jobs all the same, cleaning tanks. But I still can't save manually so is this part of the tutorial?

You can save game manually (just click on the recording machine that is on the table).
The task you are doing is an emergency task, in case you run out of money, you can always click and get some money quickly. The main income comes from preparing aquariums and special tasks for customers and this is what you should focus on to develop your locations

Thank you so much for clearing that up, I was so lost! How do I sell the tanks that I've finished? Last question is there going to be some type of mechanic for putting items on shelves? I have to just throw everything on the table (mainly on the floor) and it's making my place look like a teenagers room with stuff all over the floor lol.

Hi,
When you go through the tutorial in the basement, at some point the game shows you how to sell aquariums (there is a selling option in the aquarium inspection panel).
When it comes to putting things away, one of the shelves in the room is intended for storing items. (in the corner of the room, next to the entrance to the second smaller room). Once you buy it, you can put items away in the cabinet and keep things tidy
