Dark gemini wont spawn

I am fairly certain that i have defeated every dark bosses but dark Gemini wont spawn.
Do i have to defeat her in the day before i can defeat her dark form?

yeah she was before in the night town when you running to final boss at the top of mountain
but now she is gone

Ah, i found it out, i apparently had not defeated dark Axylon Corwind on the beach even though i know that i fought a boss on the beach there before in the night, so i might not have defeated both of them.
