That said, I’d really appreciate a bit of understanding, and maybe a softer approach with the feedback. We're a small team who’s poured our heart, soul, and money into making this game. So when we see comments like "no wonder nobody is playing this garbage," it honestly stings. We care a lot about the experience we’re creating, and while we’re always looking to improve, it’s tough to read feedback that’s phrased so harshly.
I don’t know what your job is, but imagine someone publicly saying that your work is garbage—it would probably hurt, right? There’s just no need to go that far. We really do take feedback seriously, but it helps so much when it’s shared respectfully.
Anyway, sorry for not making a game that you enjoyed.
You FORCE the player to deal with the dumb story and disgusting npc ON PURPOSE!
And don't come with "That's so mean to say!", YOU made them look disgusting ON PURPOSE!
WHY do developers write so much garbage story and make so many garbage npc, that only annoy me and waste my time, when all you need is "The last Metroid is no longer in captivity, the galaxy is no longer at peace!"?
I wish myself back to the times where game development was more limited. I heard the Devs wanted to put like... whole conversation trees, a tutorial, and animated videos into Megaman X, but they couldn't, because of limitations!
Amazing... so... the game was ONLY good, because the devs didn't have the ABILITY to screw up the game with annoying garbage!
The game is even known to have one of the BEST tutorials in videogame history, and yet, the devs openly talk about how they wanted to do a "Hello player, this is a D-Pad! Try pressing it!" kind of tutorial!
Can't even remember when i last played a game, that started to get good, BEFORE i had to skip through an hour of text...
