Anton Strasser, though not as a playable character. He's been fighting Hans longer than anyone else in the KF2 cast has, and I feel like he'd be the perfect voice for the default KF3 trader.

Some fun ideas i have in mind, that prob not happen, are MrBean, Jesus, Arnold Schwarzengr + crew members from predator, leslie nelson, rambo, John wick, Serious Sam, Postal Dude, Duke Nukem, Shadow Warrior, Blood, Doomguy...

Well i could write an endless list here, let's just hope we get some cool and bonker characters that fullfill everyones taste.
