I don't think they'll change anything, they stubbornly believe that specialists are the way forward, and likely separating them from perks isn't as easy as we all think, they've invested heavily in this specialist gimmick.
Hard to say. I don't know anything about Embracer group.

THQNordic, Coffee Stain, Eidos Montreal are all good companies. I think it was Eidos Montreal who did Deus Ex: Human Revolution.
I'm not sure if anyone knows who Tripwire Interactive is. I mean... 10 years is a long time.
They put a lot of work into making KF2 what it was.
Will TWI be the next Overkill / Starbreeze? Magic 8 ball says: "Hard to say?".
It's up to the public to vote with their wallets.
John Gibson would not let this ♥♥♥♥ happend to his baby, just...JUST look at the ♥♥♥♥ animations and mobile style HUD of this game, the whole ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ team except the guys that made the new bone and gore system should be fired
Then I played the beta and actually it was fun as hell and now I'm going to buy the game.
I am worried it will be review bombed by petulant children that won't actually play the game and see for themselves, but who knows.
At this point I almost feel like they need to release a "demo version" for free after launch so people can download it and try before they buy.
If I didn't play the actual game I never would have considered buying it.
Oh god, please do. So that ppl can actually see what a disaster it is before throwing their money at it.
And yeah, I guess it can also encourage ppl who like mediocre games to buy it, so win/win.
Exactly. I think I'm close to 700 hours on KF2 and I was there from day one of Early Access. People nitpicked that game to death while I continued to enjoy my time killing zeds, and I see no difference with KF3 either.
Me being part of the problem is buying these more expensive editions and pre-ordering it. But I did it so in hopes of helping this franchise to still exist because I really do like it.
If the game holds up at launch then why would it be review bombed?
Better yet what is your definition of a review bomb, because I could list off many issues with the game from the beta that people 100% will complain about at launch because we are way too close to release for them to actually fix most of the glaring issues. Just because you like a game doesn't make other people wrong.
The game gets a fair bit right but I guarantee you it'll be a rough year after the honeymoon phase wears off and the lack of content becomes glaringly apparent.
And for context I got every character up to level 18. I've solo'd HoE, ran through each map and boss numerous times in groups and on my own. Pretty much everyone I've talked to after playing this game has come to the idea of waiting a year to see what state the game is in after launch because right now it's not there.
I don't hate it, it's just not ready.
